Gentle Flow Yoga / All Levels
Relax and Restore Yoga lives up to it’s name! It is a gentle healing form of Hatha yoga that is practiced for total relaxation. Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace.
Gentle and relaxing poses are practiced; creating physiological responses which are beneficial to your health and can reduce the effects of stress-related illness. The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages and abilities.
Open Hatha Yoga / All Levels
This Open Hatha Yoga Class offers a creative blend of Hatha yoga, influenced by Iyengar, Jivamukti and Pilates, for a creative, mixed-level practice. Through an integration of asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation) students will explore moving beyond perceived boundaries and deepening their awareness, strength, balance and flexibility in both the body and the mind.
Zumba Tone/ All Levels
Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness workout. Using Zumba toning sticks or light weights, you'll work every muscle group while you groove.
This class helps enhance the sense of rhythm and coordination, while dancing, toning and having fun!
Essentrics / All Levels
Essentrics™ is a dynamic and full body stretch workout for women and men of
all ages, body types, and fitness levels. A safe program that tones, shapes, and rebalances the entire body, it enables our body to remain ageless, strong, mobile, flexible, and pain-free. It is especially helpful in helping to realign the fascial system – a pervasive and highly important part of our bodies!
It is influenced by the flowing movements of tai chi, the strengthening theories behind ballet, and the healing principles of physiotherapy. Although certain movements can look similar to Yoga or Pilates, the purpose and benefits are much different. Essentrics™ is functional fitness that provides full-body maintenance for our entire lives! This class is fast paced with movement from beginning to end. It will incorporate standing and floor work, and may also incorporate stretching at the barre.

Mellow Vinyasa Yoga / All Levels
Yoga classes centre around a different theme each class and include fluid
sequencing linked by breath to create heat within the body and focus the mind, followed by cooling restorative poses to guide students back to a calm and restored state. Vinyasa sequences include core strengthening exercises, twists, inversions, balancing postures and back bends, and build up to a peak pose. They are carefully crafted to stretch and strengthen the physical and subtle body, and focus on safe posture alignment and the importance of breath.
