RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with every element of your Bishop Botanical experience. If you are not satisfied with your selection, we do not wish for it to gather dust or disappointment. Please contact us within 5 days of purchase at info@bishopbotanicals.com.
We welcome the opportunity to work alongside you to explore if we can facilitate a match with your unique needs and the product you’ve chosen, or to arrange for a stress-free exchange or credit, so you might discover something you fully adore. A receipt must accompany the item and all original packaging must be in-tact upon exchange.

Exchanges, and gift certificate credit are available only for purchases made at Bishop Botanicals store.
International shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes are not eligible for credit and do not count towards gift certificate value.
Once a custom product or essential oil product has been opened or sampled it can not be returned for exchange or credit.

Custom orders for product are considered non-refundable and can not be exchanged or eligible for credit.
